Background
Since 1972, people felt the need to establish a university in Malakand province, but this idea was not realized until 2001. The university establishes in the village of La Morra, on vast and beautiful land owned by the forest department. So The university acquired more land, covering nearly 300 acres, surrounded by fences. But The university located in the central hub of Malakand Province and connects to Swat, Lower Dir, Upper Dir, Gitlar, and Malakand.

- Chemistry, BSc or equivalent with at least 45 marks
- Computer science, BSc or equivalent degree with at least 45 marks
- Economics, BA a or b SC with at least 45 marks in the relevant field
- English, BA or equivalent degree with at least 45 marks in the relevant field
- Mathematics, BSc or equivalent degree with at least 45 marks
- Pashto, BA or equivalent degree with at least 45 marks in the relevant field
- Social work, BA or equivalent degree with at least 45 marks in a relevant field
